Use this form for all your advertising, promotion, and communication needs! Please remember: There is a minimum 2-week lead time on graphic design and in-house printing projects. This is not 2 weeks prior to the event date, but 2 weeks from the day the request is submitted.

Projects that need print material ordered, video production, or are large-scale typically require 3-4 weeks lead time. If your requested timeline falls outside of these guides, please contact the communications department prior to submitting this form.
